a lot has happened. i mean A LOT. since this is my first post for the month of August, i'll put a lot. haha!

a) o8.06 -- sunday, my birthday. she sent me a birthday cake. now isn't that very sweet?! i'm very lucky!

b) o8.10 -- thursday, janna's bday. first day of our exams as well. first off was english. well it was painstaking, and i don't want to know my score. lolx. second was math, i got 32 out of 40. not bad, but i'm not satisfied. last for that day was ap. well, 60/100. so all in all, the first day was not good.

c) o8.11 -- friday, second day of the exams. first for the day was physics. still haven't figured out my score for that test, as well the second test, statistics. for the third test, mapeh, i got 79/90. still not satisfied. arghh.. and we have no elective exams because our teachere wasn't able to come.

d) 08.12 -- saturday, third and last day of the exams. first off was chemistry. i got 36/50. not bad, i guess. second off was pinoi, where i got 63/75. not bad again, i guess. last of the exams was research, where i got 62/80. well, i really am striving for better scores next quarter.

e) o8.14 -- monday, elective exams. analytic geometry is an extreme subject! some questions were extremely easy, some were extremely hard. argh..

f) o8.15 -- tuesday, one day before the oral defense. no sleeping - that was the rule! conference contest:: ako, tom, liandro, joren, erwin, ej, pam, cassa, angge, and geralice. wahahaha.. the "no sleepers"! yeah! lolx. that was from 8pm to 5am! powerfuuul!

g) o8.16 -- wednesday, oral defense. it was as nerve-wracking as hell! but i got 91 so at least i think i did quite well over there.. whew!

it's been a long long time i guess. haha.. well, i was busy as hell for these past few weeks doing things such as notecards, assignments, research papers, projects, the magazine, and a whole lot more. whew, i can't wait til the next long vacation. i really need some rest, you know? during those busy-bee weeks, typhoon Glenda came to our aid. hehehe.. at least she extended our rest periods. after 2 days of suspensions, classes were resumed. back to the old, lazy days. we really could use a warm welcome, but instead of it being warm, it was HELLISH. long tests and quizzes welcomed our arrival from our 4-day weekend. well, boasting aside, i got high grades. the three things i'm worried about as of now are...

a) physics. i only have few recitation points. so few it can be counted with only one hand. dammit. rumor has it our physics teacher gives high grades to those people who recite frequently. i'm not desperate for a high grade whatsoever, but heck, who wouldn't want a high grade?

b) chemistry. no, it's not about quizzes, long tests, or recitations for that matter. it's about the magazine. to hell with the magazine. we finished the articles, it's all ready to be layouted. we have no problems whatsoever with the layouting, it's being done by mareca and pam. we also have no problems with the printing, i have it already taken care of. but what i worry about the most is the time. it's pretty self explanatory.

and

c) birthday gift. damn! i can' think of a birthday gift! it's because i've had this trauma where i ask for something, but they'll say it's too unreachable. gets? well, uhm, let's just say i can't think of any feasible, economical, but nevertheless enjoyable birthday gift.

notecards. haaaay.. laziness strikes me again!! haven't finished it yet.. i'm gonna start tomorrow, good thing there're no classes tomorrow..

update. as i've said, i'm feeling lazy.. haven't updated since last week, so here goes nothing:
~well, this week we came to see each other again.. well actually she dropped by school to see her friends but i tagged along. :-) we went home together, but parted at FCM.
~this week i had no failing quizzes. whoo! oops, i think i have one in chem. hehehe..
~i familiarized a new game with my seatmates. hehe..
~bemba and i played an alcohol game.. haha..

that's all i can remember for the past week, sorry guyz..

thursday. classes were suspended. i was waiting for the announcement for tomorrow's suspension. it came! but came no sooner was the announcement that she disregarded her previous statement, she said that classes were resumed by friday. that b*tch.

friday. classes were resumed, but the raining didn't stop.

research. i've only got 14 notecards, haven't put them in index cards yet!! argh.. bad3p..

tuesday. off-campus research activity of darwin 3.. we're the first batch.. we're off to UP NISMED library.. astig, dude!! the atmosphere.. it was great!! then we ate lunch at the canteen at UP College of Science library, then off to UPCS lib.. astig, pro mas astig pren sa NISMED!! lolx.. it was nice researching!! haha..

today. rain, rain, and nothing but rain!! by the time we had our electives (analytic geometry in my case), the announcement had found its way into our room. suspension of classes.. but deep inside of me, suspended nga, hapon na nman eh.. nevertheless, it's still a suspension of classes!!

school. so far so good. nothing bad nor good happened lately.

mega. i should've just went home. it was not worth it, wala naman yung ipinunta namin dun, tsktsk.. well, at least that's another lesson learned. we ate at tokyotokyo, then played maniax. ACHIEVEMENT: i played a certain drum game there, and i was damn good! :p

yesterday. yesterday was the 24th, monthsary namen. we went to sm north, ate there, bought some stuffs, and watched The Lake House. the movie was satisfactorily good.. it was alright. on our smn joywalk we passed by few xientian seniors, and fellow juniors as well. i introduced them to her, and vice versa.. and then we went home and talked for a new world record. haha..

sunday cramming. this always happen to me.. it never fails.. haaaaayy..

statistics, mapeh. what ever happened to our teachers? they haven't been around since, uhmm, for a long time now.. i'm happy in the sense that our vacant periods are much longer, but what about the lessons?? (gc?!)

trigo. only got a 13 out of 20 on the quiz. i should've gotten 16 out of 20, if not for me and my carelessness.. and earlier today i was one of the three representatrives of our section for the english club, and i was elected asst secretary of our club so i had to stay longer..and when i came to the classroom, MATHTIME!! i was late, and i think i'll get a minus for that.. oh well, life goes on..

ap, chemistry, physics. so far so good.. even if i didn't get perfect scores on quizzes, nevertheless, it's still considered a high grade.. :p

english. what the hell? beowulf??! i got a 2 out of 20!! whoo!! i'm not proud of it, but what else can i do? it's already there.. all i can do for now is blame it all on the bald guy and study harder for the next quiz..

analytic geometry. whoo!! i will probably enjoy this elective class, our teacher's great!! whoo!! at first i was overwhelmed *woah, analytic geom?!* but then i thought this would be a lot more fun for me, rather than FRENCH, BIOCHEMISTRY, or ZOOLOGY!!

angel. we're going strong for almost a month now. hehe.. 0:-)

teachers. miss mendoza's (ap) fine. miss dacquel (chem) is boring, and ugly. sir canaveral (english) is fine, i hope so.. miss mejia (physics) is fine for me, sir diaz(research) is nothing but gay crap. miss belisario (statistics) should just go to hell and stay there! miss hermano (mapeh) is ~~hot~~ cool! no pinoy teacher yet, and whoever he/she is, he/she better be good!! and sir lorenzo (math), what a reputation..

schoolyear. it's just 4 sleeps away, and we're back on track to school! wahaha! there's no turning back now.. enjoy the summer while we still can!

angel. they went to mall of asia, and watched xmen there. i hope she enjoys her stay there. hehe..

must watch. i stongly suggest you watch XMen 3:The Last Stand!!! though i didn't like the ideas of the protagonists dying and stuff like that, the effects and the characters were awesome!

must listen. i also suggest you listen to either one (or all) of the songs of my fave bands/artists listen down below,.. trust me, i have good ears! if they passed my test, that just means they're good! but it all comes down to your opinions so..

big bro. of all the big brother editions shown on tv, this current edition (the teen edition) is the one i hate the most! grrrr.. too many quitters and newbies, and obviously, the contestants are all fixed!! i mean, would you believe an assumptionista living in makati would audition for a contest like big brother?? i mean, what the heck?!? nevertheless, i watch it, and i like jam the most. i didn't expect clare to be at that point.. but, heck, for the sake of entertainment, why not? wahaha..

schoolyear 06-07. i cannot quite fathom why is it that we feel very oddly about summer and school.. i mean, in the middle of the schoolyear, we feel a "longing" for summer vacation.. but come summer and we feel excited for the new schoolyear.. i find it strange. well, so much for that.. grabe, i'm very excited to go to school! wahaha.. i don't know why.. i'm excited (i think) to meet my new classmates.. grabe, ang dami nila in fairness..

wake-up call. i woke up EXTREMELY early, about 9:30 am. last night i was down with fever, but when i woke up i was feeling much better. thanks to my brother (may bayad 'to ah..) and my angel (salamat angel! love you!). then i watched tv, ate lunch, took a shower, put on my clothes, went to FCM to meet up with my angel. then went straight to SM. :-)

first. it was our first. and it was my first. andaming firsts na nangyari sa date namen. it was nice. i loved every moment of it.

texts. grrr..i was so wrong. i thought pwede na ako mag-text, tapos na cut-off ng plan ko!. the worst decision of the month.

labor. can't believe nag-llabor na ate ko! i'm ver excited! hehe.. tito na ako. :-)

angel. i love my angel!! i love every single part of her!! i love my angel!!

enrollment. bs. punta ako sa listahan ng sections..darwin pa rin, walang nagbago, kaso ang daming lumipat ng edison..haayy..tapos pumila ako sa forms pero pinabalik ako, i need to have a haircut daw. sheeett. i went to the nearest barber shop, sa may pag-asa yun, and have them cut my hair as quickly as possible. tapos ayun na, naka-enroll na rin ako.

silent hill. ayun, day-off ko nanaman..so nag-samasama kaming team, kasam siya, tapos bili muna kami tickets. p110..ayus lang naman ang price. so anyway, 3pm pa yata ang start, kaya punta muna kaming tom's world, laru-laru dyan, tapos ayan na..punta na kami, pero syempre bili-bili ng mga popcorn-popcornan dyan..ang ganda ng silent hill, siguro kasi nalaro ko na rin sya before..then after, naiwanan ni armi yung cel niya..tinulungan ko hanapin, but to no avail. di rin namin nahanap..pero may bad vibes talaga ako dun sa isang janitor na tinanong namin..parang alanganin yung sagot niya..after that pina-lock niya yung sim niya..huhu..i feel guilty kasi inaasar ko pa siya..afterwards punta kaming quantum laru-laru ulet..photo hunt, air hockey, basketball at syempre ako nag-dmx..punta kami sa bahay ni kuya louie pagkatapos, dun na kami naghapunan (kfc, sosyal!)..and we said our goodbyes..and now i'm here at home typing!

that's about it..!

okay, so i'm top ten...

there are a lot of reasons why i think my mother was right...i hate to admit it but you can't deny it...she has a point for scolding me!

reason#1: top ten -- that's the whole point! i'm top ten, that's why she's furious! so GC-like, isn't it? but you can't change her mind...her point? well, i went down 5 leagues! it's okay for me but not for her! definitely not for her!!

reason#2: geometry -- to be honest, well, it's actually my fault...i didn't focus on the exam and well,...i failed! and it dragged my card grade down as well....from a 95 to a very beautiful grade of 88! hehe...that's who i am and you can't do anything about it, mother!

reason#3: elective -- this one is not my fault...i explained to her that as an advance technical writing student it is ~~quite~~ truly impossible to attain a high grade...but i'm thankful that i still got an overall average of uhmm...90...

reason#4: algebra -- well, uhm...don't you think 93 is okay? i believe i got your vote, unfortunately i didn't get my mother's...i mean, who in his/her right mind would expect a 95 for an algebra grade from a student like me?!? puh-leeze!

she didn't even consider my high grades! i mean, she didn't even bother to recognize me, i got 93 in that english class, a 97 from that computer class, a 94 from that filipino class, and for the first time i got a line of nine in my bio class....but all she just saw was that two big 88s in geometry and elective.

although i got line of nines in all of the subjects' final grades (except bio...89....syet sayang yun dba?!) ...it still wasn't enough....haayy....well,...life.....

<b>SOPHOMOREHOOD well, this was a great year...certainly! glad that's over! (but in a good way)...

CLEARANCE the worst clearance week in my school life! i mean, there's no specific schedule whatsoever...to hell with those teachers...those c-o-d m*****f*****s...

i-Pod i want my i-Pod back so badly...i hope they can fix it right away...oh, and i hate my sister (only for this period of time)...uhmm...maybe because she bought a new i-Pod Video and she can't stop showing it in front of my face!!!!!!!!! @#$%^&*!

JUNIORHOOD/SHIP/NESS/whatever... feel ko mahihirapan na talaga ako next year...imagine...Research..stat..and the electives are much harder...i hope mawala na ang stat because it's such a walang kwentang subject...agree?

haaay sa wakas....tapos na! i now officially bid goodbye to sophomorehood! haha!

FINALS
okay ako...hehe...nakakasatisfy ang mga grades ng finals ko in fairness....90 ako sa eng, 54 ako sa bio, 67 ako sa ap (tnx maam!), ....pero hindi talaga ako natutuwa sa geometry ko pagkat ako ay 20 lamang....(buti nga ang yabang mo kasi! belat!) .....pero ok lang....ok na hindi na ewan...

DILEMMAS
tapos na nga ang exams ay hassle pa rin ang mga teachers! kahit kailan! nakoo....pang-asar...lalo na ang comp (sure ako agree kayo)...aba at talagang nagpaprint ng mga lectures at nagpagawa ng mga "never-been-taught" vb programs! aba! ampfness talaga....tapos aba syempre hindi magpapahuli itong si sir sangel....ang magazine! haha!

DARWIN-II
i'll surely miss this class....i'll absolutely miss my classmates (sa lahat ba naman ng exprience na pinagdaanan naten kung pwede lang magkakaklase pa rin tayo hanggang fourth year!!)....although i'm not so sure if i'll miss our adviser...

*a few weeks ago we presented the speech choir presentation....i won't mention anything bad towards the other sections....hehe....

*last couple of days we had our defense for the investigatory project, janina and i made the whole paper...but it wasn't convincing enough for our guest panelists (a husband&wife tandem from U.P diliman..).....but's okay, i think we did well....at least we're exempted from the defense for the term paper....

*tomorrow.....is our final exam in algebra and english.....can you imagine that? wow....

*our project in math, we have to create a jingle with a specific theme: strengthening mathematics for the new millenium....and she expects a lot from us just for a week's practice!

*ahhh! april 6! it's still too long! i can't wait anymore!!!

*we have no review whatsoever for the final exams...all of the students are too busy practicing and performing the said jingle...and all of the teachers seem to be too lazy....

*the darwin girls had an open forum....it all started when mj started crying...and then came pamela.....then ~~all~~ some of the girls started to form a circle and they "unleashed" their bad feelings (if i may call that as such..) towards themselves and their families, friends....i think it's nonsense...

*i think i need not review for the english exam...it's easy, i ~~think~~ hope.....

ahhh...it's been almost a month now..and this is the third time i updated my blog this year...i've been so busy since the first day of classes this year i forgot to update my blog..

a lot has happened during this period:
1. first airplane ride
2. first trip outside luzon
3. first trip to iloilo
4. first time sa mabuhay lounge (free amenities! yebah!)
5. first 2 consecutive perfect quizzes sa algeb (once in a bluemoon opportunity!!)

i'll try to keep in touch with you guys more often..

wow...i missed writing my blog so much! it's just that i have to focus on my studies again...ans so much has happened...

oh how i wish that the speech choir is on feb...if ever it is on january 27 (fri) it will be extremely difficult because we're going to Iloilo as a family on that same day...

i'm having my braces attached on january 21 (sat)...right after the exams...

-i became a member of yfc (may)
-i was promoted to darwin (june and hopefully until fourth year)
-another year..another chance! (august)
-special participation sa interpretative dance...hakkooo! (august)
-i earned special friends...hmm..puro darwin one...sana darwin one din ako last year...(september)
-i learned how to dance maniax..(september)
-i got an i-Pod mini (november)
- i learned how to play dota and mah-jong [walang pustahan! laro lang!] (december)

bad things for this year:
-first time sa guidance (jan or feb yata..)
-nawala ko salamin ko, yung p2000 na salamin...shet! (aug or sept yata...)
-bumaba average ko (december)

thanks God for all the blessings and blessings-in-disguise You gave me...thanks talaga! i love You!!!

i think i have the two sleeping disorders...one is insomnia and the other one is over-sleeping. and mind you, both are fatal disorders. i mean, i can't sleep at around ten because i can't, i'm not sleepy yet...and i sleep at about 3am cuz i need to, not bcuz i'm sleepy...and when i sleep, i sleep for about 13 - 14 hours...i NORMALLY wake up at around 1:30pm to 2:30pm...hmm..it's not good cuz i don't have anyone to talk to when i eat lunch...and i'm very bangag when i wake up.. wala lang.. :P

oh by the way happy birthday to jlo and ronah (dec24)..nweiz..so far i'm the only one online this christmas dawn at 01:06 am..i'm not sleepy yet...and besides, i have to burn what i ate..i ate 2 plates of spaghetti and ham...oh my god..i want to get fat! and i took a lot of pictures, as a souvenier because i know that i'm gonna miss this face when i have my braces on..hmm...we (my family) went to the 9pm mass..the church was so crowded we can't even sit on the floor..and we stood there for 1 and a half hour, so it lasted until about 10:30pm...after that we walked home and exchanged gifts! my sister's boyfriend came over too, to give us his gifts...uhm..so far this evening i received 2 shirts (one green shirt from A/X [hoorah!] and a dark polo shirt from bench [that's from my sister, her gifts are always from bench]), a leather body bag (probably because i always borrow my brother's, and sometimes even my sister's), and cold cash...aahhh...it pays to be the bunso...and after that we had our Noche Buena..and i played dota once more vs. my brother..i'm not gonna tell you who won..hehe..and now i'm online! and i'm the last man standing!! woohoo for me!! and i'm not sleepy yet..so merry christmas to all!

6 days to go and we'll be receiving lots of gifts! and we'll be eating lots of tasty food.....but i have so many things to do...so many things to accomplish....1. term paper - i hate this. although i'm done, and all i have to do is to input the introduction and the title page, i hate this! 2. memorize: "the champion" - she thinks it's that easy, memorizing a 3-page piece of shit within 2 weeks....to hell with her...3. uhhmmm...computer assignment - i think i won't do this...4. biology - i don't know what the hell they did during those last 2 days....we were out typing like hell for the intel week...uhmmm....hmmm.....i don't like this at all...

since the start of the schoolyear (June 6, 2005) i've been receiving a lot chainletters (154 to be exact, and still counting) through ym and friendster....i have sent about 5 or 6 out of the 154...i don't believe, really...i find it stupid...not to insult other people who believe in chain letters, but don't they know it's fake? i mean some are really scary, but most of them are obviously fake...so please stop sending me chainletters because to tell you the truth i'm scared of those stupid chainletters...hehe...

i have been totally banned from civilization...but not quite. only for this schoolyear, i hope. my parents seemingly noticed my declining grades, and so do i. my parents kept me from playing dota from our computer cafe at the corner of our street. i don't usually play dota...i played only twice in my life....so they found another punishment, something that i was turly attatched with: PS2. aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!! i'm in the middle of my file...it was really annoying...but my parents know best and i think it's for the better, because i trust them...i love them...(hala ang senti!) anyways....just put in your comments and have fun reading my online diary!

the moment my cellphone alarmed, i didn't wake up immediately; i'm always like that - delaying what is now, hurrying what is later...i find myself really funny.....haha....anyways....when i woke up i went to the bathroom to take a hot shower...and after that i put on my white sunday clothes (as planned)..and ate my breakfast..(bread, corned beef, and eggs)..and then i hurried to the church to pray for a while and then commute to sfhs for mtap...and it's my first time to listen to my i-pod while commuting...so much for that morning..in the afternoon while we were out for lunch we went to jumno japs in sm annex...it's really great, it's very affordable..(P124 for a chicken torikatsu & bottomless iced tea), but the annoying prawn mascot scares away the customers, instead of amusing them...then off to the club! club synergy, of course..to play dmx....fun but fast! it's wild! hahahaha....after that we had to make a "smelly" excuse for jamayca...when i say smelly i literaly mean smelly...i wonder..if she's late she doesn't get to pay a fine...but for any of us we have to! it pays to be a president....free from fines, from shouts....everything!!!! aaaaaaaaahhhhh! anyways, after the practice we (jobin,aica,embang,carla,and me) went off to the mcdonalds aka tambayan ad xientians..then off to maniax again...but when we left the club we were increased twofold..rem, jang-geum, and leahsa were added to the party...hehe...they left us again anyway...off to the terminal! my day ends! unfortunately there's still a tomorrow..
